AN INVESTMENT IN QUALITY: When you choose Broyhill Home Furnishings, you make an investment in lasting quality that will bring years of enjoyment and comfort. Please read the terms of the Broyhill Limited Warranty Coverage carefully. Retain your proof of purchase and this printed warranty to substantiate a claim in the event warranty service is required. LIMITED WARRANTY This warranty applies to new Broyhill residential upholstered furniture and is extended only to the consumer who makes the original purchase. Broyhill warrants the individual furniture components to be free of defects in material and workmanship for the length of time specified. Broyhill will honor reasonable and customary labor charges for parts or repairs within one year of the original date of purchase, and if required, transportation from the servicing dealer to our factory. This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from negligence, misuse, product modifications, accidents or commercial usage, nor does it cover loass of time, usage, money or any other such incidental or consequential expense. Under the terms of this limited warranty, Broyhill retains the option to repair or replace the defective item on a pro rata basis. WARRANTY SERVICE: All claims for service must be accompanied by proof of purchase (Bill of Sale). Contact the dealer from whom the furniture was purchased to request warranty service under this warranty. If the original dealer is not accessible, please contact a local Broyhill dealer for assistance. Broyhill will not be responsible for transportation or packing charges without prior approval. This warranty does not apply to furniture sold as is, floor merchandise, in liquidation, distressed or second hand condition. Repair or replacement, as determined by Broyhill, will be made as soon as practical. FABRIC/LEATHER – ONE YEAR: Upholstery fabrics and leather are warranted against defective material or workmanship for one year from the date of purchase under normal use and care. Fabric fading, piling, shrinkage, stretching, wearing quality and color fastness are not covered by this warranty. Fabric damage or failure due to chemical treatments applied by the retailer or consumer, heavy soiling or improper cleaning will void this warranty. Leather coverage does not include natural markings, shrinkage, stretching, or variation in grain or color, which occur naturally and prove the authenticity of the leather. FRAME – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: The frame, upholstered in the original fabric under normal use and conditions, is warranted to the original purchaser against manufacturing defects, prorated over seven years, the expected lifetime of the product. SPRINGS – LIMITED LIFETIME WARRANTY: The springs, under normal use and conditions, are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship, prorated over seven years, the expected lifetime of the product. STATIONARY UPHOLSTERY CUSHIONS – THREE YEARS: High-density foam seat cushions are warranted against loss of resiliency for three years from the date of purchase. Over time, normal softening and some loss of resiliency occurs in all polyester fiber-wrapped foam cushion cores. Seat and back cushions will change shape with use and aging. In order to optimize resiliency and wear, turn seat cushions and fluff pillow backs to retain even distribution of fiber filing. This warranty does not apply to cushions that have experienced normal softening or normal loss of resiliency over time. SLEEPER AND SWIVEL ROCKER MECHANISMS – TWO YEARS: The sleeper and swivel rocker mechanisms, under normal use and conditions, are warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for two years from the date of purchase. SLEEPER MATTRESS – FIVE YEARS: The sleeper mattress, under normal use and conditions, is warranted against breakage due to defective material or workmanship for five years from the date of purchase.
